Evolve N Change is a private practice that provides same day School Clearance Assessments. 

When a threat or a concern occurs at school, we understand the importance of evaluating your child in a timely manner so they can receive the appropriate treatment to return to school and their normal routine quickly. Rather than sitting in an emergency room for an evaluation, a scheduled appointment at one of our offices creates a more relaxed and efficient way to handle the risk assessment. 

Upon completion of the assessment, a certification of clearance along with treatment recommendations and referrals are provided to both the student and District immediately.
