Creative Healthcare Services Corporation (CHSC) is an agency that provides in-home behavioral and clinical support services to children, adolescents, and young adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities including autism. Our mission is to improve the quality of life of individuals and families, through compassionate caring and support, and to help them acquire the skills that will enable them to achieve their goal of being stable, independent, and self-reliant, at home and in the community.
Our agency staff is skilled and professional: Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) who perform:
- Biopsychosocial Assessments;
- Strengths and Needs Assessments;
- Psycho-education;
- Individual and family counseling;
- Conflict resolution training;
- Effective coping strategies;
- Stress management;
- Self-care skills;
- Budgeting skills;
- Symptom/medication management;
- Developing or building skills that enhance behavioral, social, education, and vocational functioning;
Masters and Bachelors Level Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs and BCaBAs) who:
- Design and implement individualized behavior intervention and support plans;
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs);
- Design and use appropriate methods of data collection and;
- Collaborate with families and other professionals;
Bachelors Level Behavior Technicians (BTs) who:
- Implement behavior support plans and;
Bachelor and Masters Level Individual Support Technicians who:
- Complete assessments on youths;
- Implement interventions in Individual Support Plan;
- Teach basic and instrumental ADLs;
- Train parents/guardians in the implementation of an Individual Support Plan and;
- Perform data collection and complete progress notes on youth.
Our agency has been growing strong since 2014. Our offices are located in Turnersville, Marlton, and Toms River NJ and we service Atlantic, Salem, Camden, Burlington, Cumberland, Gloucester, Ocean, and Monmouth Counties.
