Food Pantry
Our Food Pantry is accepting canned goods and non-perishables. We are also accepting personal hygiene items for men and women, cleaning supplies, and toiletries. We could also use brown paper or plastic bags for packing the food.
The Food Pantry at Community Presbyterian Church is a part of our Ministry that seeks to create a hunger-free community by sharing our abundant blessings with God’s people who are in need. Our Food Pantry is operated by the True Spirit Coalition, which is a volunteer organization.
Thrift Shop
We provide the opportunity for people to shop for quality used clothing, jewelry, household goods, knick-knacks, children’s goods, books, dishes, and other items at low-cost prices. The Thrift Shop is a vital part of the Church’s mission and ministry in Brigantine and the surrounding communities. We encourage people to recycle their unwanted items that are in good condition, by donating them to the Thrift Shop.
True Spirit Coalition
The coalition goes to great lengths to help the less fortunate during the holidays, but its efforts continue year-round. Its mission epitomizes the concept of a community banding together for humanitarian causes with the help of businesses, civic groups, city services, and faith-based organizations.
