HHM provides free, voluntary in-home therapy to children and families affected by parental substance abuse. We serve Ocean, Atlantic, and Cape May Counties. Our mission is to work together through cross-system coordination and community voice to improve the stability and well-being of families affected by substance use. We assist parents with pre and post-substance use treatment and provide supportive services to them and their entire family throughout the recovery process.

We accept referrals from anyone such as family members, self-referrals, doctors, schools, mental health programs, substance abuse programs, and the courts to name a few.

Eligibility	Our eligibility requirements is that the family resides in one of the three counties mentioned above, is a parent and/or pregnant adults of children ages 0-17. If children are in out-of-home care, they must have a primary case goal of reunification and be in placement less than 18 months. Parents/families may be prioritized based on their needs and ability to participate in family-centered treatment.
