Our mission is to create awareness and acceptance for people with Down Syndrome and developmental disabilities while providing information, support, and community events for their families.

21 Down membership is free and is open to any family who has a loved one with Down syndrome or other developmental disability. Our activities are geared to the young and old, so no matter the age of your loved one with a disability we welcome you to join 21 Down.

21 Down is a non-profit 501(c)(3) that is run completely by volunteers. All monies are donated to 21 Down stay local in South Jersey to provide support and activities to families who have loved ones with Down syndrome or other developmental disabilities.

21 Down hosts an event every month for our families to enjoy. Whether it is a dance, holiday party, quarterly meeting, a day at the beach, a day at Storybookland, or a family activity we encourage all of our families to join in the fun! The children get to socialize together while the parents can network with other parents who are going through the same experiences they are raising a child with a disability. All of these events are free of charge to our members.
